Us
Four Paws Metropolitan is
owned and operated by Nicole Crowley. Nicole has worked for over 10 years in
the pet care industry and has been around animals her whole life. It’s
Nicole’s love and compassion for animals and her hands on trade experience
that led her to form the team of Pet Care Professionals that make up Four Paws
Metropolitan today. Nicole’s objective has always been to provide unmatched
care that goes above and beyond what is commonly called “industry standard”,
this objective is the backbone of Four Paws Metropolitan and remains our goal
today. At Four Paws Metropolitan, we believe it’s extremely important to have
a positive and healthy environment for your companion animal(s); healthy diet
and exercise are beneficial and essential. We also believe that care given to
animals while their guardians are away, is most desirable in the comfort of
their own environment free of stress and with someone they know and trust. To
execute this we provide; dog walking services, playtime,
supervised transportations to the dog park, groomer
or veterinarian, pet food and medication pick up,
yard scooping and customized pet sitting
services designed to cater to your pets specific needs. We
can also provide services to assist in any
additional care of your four pawed companion.
Some of Nicole’s trade experience along with pet sitting includes experience
in veterinary care, management and
technician skills in small and large volume boarding and day care facilities,
fostering with animal rescues, and extensive volunteering. Nicole also holds a
number of certifications. She is A Certified PCSA (Pet Care
Service Association) Formally the ABKA (American Boarding Kennel
Association) Pet Care Technician, American Red Cross Pet CPR and First Aid
Certified and PSI (Pet Sitters International) Certified. Nicole requires that
all Associates of Four Paws Metropolitan be American Red Cross Pet CPR and
First Aid Certified.
Nicole and her team of professionals also keep up to date in the pet care
industry by attending seminars, trade
shows, reading current literature, and continuing to obtain certifications
pertaining to pet care.
Nicole is currently the guardian of “Brody”, a bouncy and fluffy, blue merle
Australian Shepherd, and his side kick “Diego” a squirrelly, red Chihuahua.
